Ok tribe. I need to vent. I’ve been in a bit of a gym funk lately because of an injury. So today decided to take my son and my dog Carbon on a mini hike. We parked and came back to this.
I’m angry, sad, frustrated and regretful. I had an amazing time in the sunshine and it all came crashing down to this moment.

Traditionally I've always had a black thumb. I murder houseplants, y'all. But lately I'm getting back down to my roots. Plant roots. After years of battling with and feeling scared of nature, I am finally starting to embrace it and the bounty the earth provides for us.

Barre - a deceptively simple workout.
After lots of HIIT training I felt I needed a change. Barre is great for low impact training. It's easy on the joints and not heavy on the cardio. Started by a former ballerina, you may recognize elements of ballet in this style of workout. It is a great balance of low weight and/or body weight and high repetition. In other words, you will get the shakes.
