Read. Harry Truman famously quoted, "Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers." Turns out, he was right. It doesn't matter if it's trashy romantic fiction or the latest white paper on the effects of climate change, find something you enjoy!
Call in on a friend. We just experienced the longest month of the year, January. There's something about the holiday hangover as well as dark days that leads to more feelings of isolation and depression. This is a great time to catch up with those you haven't seen in a while.
