Coco-Nutty Mini Muffins

My coco- nutty granola recipe was so good that I decided to let it inspire me to make these muffins with very similar ingredients! 


They did not disappoint! The taste is very similar to banana bread but the added cacao nibs and coconut flakes paired so well with the other flavors 👌🏻

these muffins!

coco-nutty mini muffins:
1/2 almond flour
1 Mashed up banana
1 egg
1 tablespoon apple sauce
2 tablespoons Almond butter
Handful of Cacao nibs
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
Pinch of Sea salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of coconut flakes on top

Bake at 350 for 15 mins
